terms of service

For general

I reserve the right to decline or cancel commissions and to prioritize work in a non-sequential manner. Additionally, I may engage in personal projects concurrently with handling commissioned work.My art process does not involve sketching so I cannot provide a sketch as an update. Design draft concepts will be provided if ordering a full custom character design, otherwise, the only updates I provide are part of the final piece that I work on either when I feel ready to share progress or when requested.I will use and share these commissions on my platforms and portfolios, but if you would prefer privacy, you may request that I do not.1. Attribution: When using or displaying the artwork publicly, you may not claim the artwork as your own creation.
2. Restrictions: You may not resell or redistribute the artwork without my prior consent.
3. No Direct Copies: You are prohibited from creating direct copies of the artwork or using it to create derivative works for resale or distribution without my permission.
4. Personal Use: You may use the artwork for personal purposes, including display in private spaces and sharing on personal social media with appropriate credit.
5. Commercial Use: Commercial use of the artwork requires explicit permission and may involve additional fees. This includes, but is not limited to, usage in advertisements, merchandise, or promotional materials.
6. Refunds: Refunds or partial refunds can be requested if there is failure to deliver after discussed deadline only if zero or no significant progress has been made on your commission.By commissioning me, you acknowledge your agreement to my terms of service.

For designs

Once you acquire the design, you are permitted to:• Redesign it at your discretion.
• Create alternate forms.
• Change or add it to a species.
• Trade, sell, swap, or give it away without restriction.
• Utilize the design for *commercial purposes.
• Upload it to other platforms.Please provide credit solely to my art and the original design. It is not necessary to mention my authorship with every use or post, but you must not claim the design as your own. Additionally, avoid directly replicating the exact design if you want to take inspiration.There are no cooldowns, trade limits, or resale restrictions on my designs. You are free to sell, trade, or swap the design as you wish, including setting your own value.If you plan to sell or trade the design and there is art from me still pending, please wait until completion before doing so to prevent any unnecessary complications.Regarding *commercial use, while you may use the design itself commercially, my art cannot be used for commercial purposes without first discussing a commercial use agreement.If the design is part of a species and you intend to use it as such, please make sure to abide the species’ TOS before my TOS.

I do not colour pick for illustrations as part of my stylistic palette choice so colours will not be exact to your reference.
I do not charge extra for complex characters but additional elements may cost more.
